FAA Cancelation, Refund, Covid policy

Live events are hosted by The Fascia Advancement Academy. 1 week prior any event FAA will send out an email with any updated Covid 19 requirements.

Cancellation Policy:

Course Reservation cancellation: You may cancel your course reservation if submitted in writing to info@FasciaAdvancementAcademy.com no more than:

  • 25 days prior to the event for a full refund less a 25% administrative fee and any hotel accommodations reserved through FAA.

  • Cancellations less than 25 days in advance are non-refundable.

  • 48 hours prior to the start of the event with a positive Covid-19 test result for a full refund less a 25% administrative fee and any hotel accommodations reserved through FAA.

If a scheduled FAA event is postponed, your registration will be valid for the new date. There is no need to take any action on your end. Once we have confirmed the changes, we will contact you via email with an update.

If a scheduled FAA event is canceled, your order will be refunded in full. Your order cost will be refunded to your original payment method within four weeks of the event officially being canceled. There is no need to take any action on your end. Once we have confirmed the changes, we will contact you by email with an update.

Refunds Policy:

Refunds, less a 25% administrative fee and any hotel accommodations, will be issued upon request if received in writing more than 25 days prior to the event. Cancellations less than 25 days in advance are non-refundable.

Covid-19 Policy: We will send out email notifications 1 week prior to the event to give you the most current Covid 19 requirements.

In the event you test positive for Covid-19 and are no longer able to attend the course you must contact us via email to give us notice that you will not be attending, along with submitting proof of positive test results. You will be able to select one of two options for the course registration: Roll this enrollment into another course at a later date (subject to course availability.) Receive a full refund less a 25% administrative fee on the course.

Please submit the notification to info@FasciaAdvancementAcademy.com and please include your first and last name, and the date and name of the course you were scheduled to attend.

Test/Vaccine Card Policy:

Tests and Vaccine cards are not required to attend this event. Please use your own discretion.

Mask requirements:

Masks are not required to attend this event. Please use your own discretion.
